Mr Ramsamy Sunnassy is a seasoned and dedicated professional with over 22 years of progressive experience within the Ministry of Labour & Industrial Relations, demonstrating a deep understanding of labour policies, industrial relations frameworks, and regulatory enforcement. Proven expertise in promoting fair labour practices, fostering social dialogue, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
His career spans both the Enforcement Section (15 years) and the Information, Education & Communication (IEC) Section (6.5 years), allowing him to operate at the intersection of regulation, policy implementation, and stakeholder engagement. As the Senior Labour & Industrial Relations Officer, Mr Sunnassy is passionate about promoting decent work, social justice, and productive employer-employee relations.
