The SheTrades Mauritius Hub, hosted by the Economic Development Board (EDB), supported the participation of Mauritian women-led enterprises at the Reverse Buyer–Seller Meet (RBSM) held on 20–21 January 2026 in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. Organised under the leadership of the Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO), the RBSM provided a strategic platform for direct business engagement between Indian suppliers and international buyers, strengthening trade linkages across key sectors such as textiles, leather goods, handicrafts, and other manufactured products.
This initiative reflects the SheTrades Mauritius Hub’s continued commitment to empowering women entrepreneurs by facilitating access to international markets, expanding business networks, and fostering sustainable trade partnerships. Selected participants received end-to-end support throughout the application and preparation process and were given the opportunity to participate in pre-scheduled B2B meetings and structured networking sessions, which formed a core component of the event.
