Mr Irfaan Coowar is the Founder and Director of Future Leaders Ltd, a company specialising in education, training, and business support.
He has extensive experience in designing and delivering training programs with a strong passion for people development, nurturing talent, and building strategic partnerships.
In 2023, he earned certification as a Service Excellence Leader through the Uplifting Service Programme, developed by Ron Kaufman.
Mr Coowar has over 15 years of experience in the corporate world and has led significant initiatives such as the School Leadership Development Programme and the Professional Development of Teachers project, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Human Resources in Mauritius.
